Great hose reel overall. My only concern is that the slatwall mounting bracket for the slatwall shifts and wobbles. I’ll likely use the included bolt kit and secure it directly to the wall instead. The hose nozzle would have preferred a push-button design for easier operation instead of this slider thing.

Auto lock is difficult to engage compared to other brands. Hose quality is not great. I kept it, but had to adapt the mounting plate for my slat wall brand. This was the only brand I found that was specific to slat walls, so way to go Proslat! The mounting plate could be bigger to distribute the weight better. Two fixed points with optional holes to secure the lower edge might also improve stability instead of the spring latch. It might also allow easy installation for other brands of slat wall.
